Sun-Dried Tomato Shrimp Rice

1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto
8 ounces medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, tails removed
2 cups cooked brown rice
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add pesto and stir until fragrant, 30 seconds.
Then add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are opaque throughout, 3 minutes.
Add rice and cook, stirring, until thoroughly mixed and heated through.
